Stark Ridge Paper is a recycling-based kraft paper manufacturing unit, located near Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. It was founded on 15th Jan. 2019 and has a capacity of upto 200 tons per day.

Stark Ridge Paper is part of the Patnaik Group of companies which is one of the most diversified and well-established groups based out of Odisha. Some of the areas our group is involved in are:

Mining

Our core activity is in the field of Iron Ore and Manganese mining. Our flagship companies are Patnaik Minerals Pvt. Ltd. (PMPL) and Banspani Iron Limited (BIL) which is a joint venture with the Rungta Group.

Renewable Energy

Our group, in partnership with Suzlon Energy, is diversified into the field of renewable energy. We have a cumulative capacity of 100 MW in the form of wind energy in the states of Gujarat and Maharashtra.

Education

As a matter of philanthropy, our group has established Ravindra Vidya Niketan, a not-for-profit school, in our hometown Keonjhar, Odisha. The school currently educates about 3000 children.

Stark Ridge Paper’s vision is to maintain a sustainable balance between industrial activity and the environment.

Our mission is to create an environment-friendly Kraft paper manufacturing unit that will address the growing demands of packaging material in India, while using state-of-the-art technology to produce quality that is at par with European
quality standards.

  • The primary pulp technology in the plant is provided by Parason Machinery
  • The paper machine is designed by Saloni Engineering, a sister company of Ruby Macons Engineering.
  • The finishing house is planned & engineered by Globe Engineering.
  • Finally, and most importantly, the state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is setup in collaboration with Paques International (Netherlands).
  • The entire technology is based on recycling of old corrugated cartons, which would have ordinarily been discarded into landfills.

    • Our company is also focused on promoting ancillary industries in our local community like corrugation units, paper bag making units, core pipe and edge-protector making units etc.
