We at Stark Ridge Paper believe that our staff are our biggest asset, hence a lot of welfare activities are carried out to ensure the comfort and wellness of our staff.

The plant premise contains one of the finest staff quarter facilities, for an industry of this size, housing close to 150 people in it. The colony is facilitated with a large dining hall for all our staff, a sports ground, a recreational room and also a Guest House for our visitors.

The plant provides a bus service for the children of our staff to get to-and-from their school every day.

Safety is a paramount focus in our plant.

At a basic level, each worker is provided with the appropriate safety gear upon their induction into the company. Strict protocol is maintained to ensure that people are always wearing their safety gear while present in the working area. To comply with international safety standards, the plant organizes safety training programs bi-yearly to educate our workers on the safety protocols of our plant.
